BHAG stands for Big Hairy Audacious Goal. It's a term bandied about a lot in the corporate world, a much more evocative term for corporate mission, encapsulating a company's blue-sky goals.
I like to use it in my own life and with my clients. It is a term that elevates us out of the everyday and makes us think big and long-term!
