The first step in in the process of making positive changes in our lives is taking stock of where we are now!

The next step is in the process of positive change is getting clear on what you REALLY want.

I wrote about that HERE. Doing this can help us to decide what goals to set.

But arguably the most important step in the process of positive change is becoming aware of the gap between where we are now and where we want to be!

When we identify where the gaps are, we can make a plan to close the gap and bring us closer to our goals and dreams! We can do this for each area of our lives, and for each goal and dream we have set for ourselves.

Ask yourself: What changes do I need to make to this area of my life to move me closer to my ideal life?

Then make a plan - list all of the steps you will need to take to close the gap between where you are now, and the dream life you would love to be living!
