My "NNDR's" - FREE PRINTABLE!

One of the positive "side effects" of my Not To Do List was that it freed up time and energy to spend on better things!
And this post is about those better things to spend your time on! I call them my Non-Negotiable Daily Rituals (or NNDR's). These are the things I commit to doing EVERY DAY.
Things that improve my health, happiness and life!
The things you know will make your life better if you do them every day.
Things I want to become so entrenched that they become as automatic as brushing my teeth.
Things like:
- Moving your body every day.
- Committing to going to sleep at a set time
- Firm boundaries around web surfing and social media use
- Eating vegetables every day
Now ask yourself: what can you commit to doing - every day - to make you healthier and happier?
